Daniel is a designer and researcher based in Toronto. Prior to relocating to Toronto, he studied Architectural Science at the British Columbia Institute of Technology before attending the University of Toronto for a Master of Architecture, where his thesis was awarded the Kuwabara-Jackman Architecture Thesis Gold Medal and the Faculty Design Prize.

In 2025, Daniel received the Prix de Rome in Architecture — Emerging Practitioners, awarded by the Canada Council for the Arts, supporting a period of independent research across Asia and Europe.

He has worked with award-winning practices in Toronto, Vancouver, and Paris, gaining diverse professional experience across residential, commercial, urban planning, and cultural projects. His work is grounded in an interest in architectural research, material honesty, and the relationship between craft and environment.
